ES-100
Robotic Surgical Microscope
7-Axis Flexible Collaboration, Exploring the 3D Fluorescence Horizon

The ES-100 Robotic Surgical Microscope is a next-generation intelligent surgical microscope system integrating multiple innovative technologies, including 4K-3D ultra-high-definition exoscope technology, robotic intelligent control technology, and 3D enhanced fluorescence angiography technology. It provides a new intelligent solution for high-quality surgeries in departments such as neurosurgery, spine surgery, ENT (Otolaryngology), and plastic/reconstructive surgery.

Heads-Up, Flat View: A Wider Horizon

Perform surgery with a more comfortable posture, heads up 3D
The 3D exoscope technology truly liberates surgeons' eyes from the constraints of traditional eyepieces, allowing operators to maintain an upright, heads-up posture throughout the procedure. This dramatically reduces the burden and fatigue on the neck and shoulders caused by prolonged eyepiece viewing. The comfortable posture with naturally bent arms also effectively improves the safety and quality of surgical operations.
Expanded field of view, displaying more multidimensional information
16:9 aspect ratio, providing 56% more information than the circular surgical field images of traditional microscopes.
Supports combined display of neuroendoscope and neuronavigation images.
The independent display monitor cart supports mobile positioning and motorized lifting, ensuring the optimal field of view at all times.
3D surgical field sharing, enabling better teamwork and teaching
The entire surgical team can acquire the exact same 4K-3D surgical footage as the primary surgeon. This not only enhances communication and collaboration efficiency within the surgical team but also provides an immersive perspective and experience for surgical observation and clinical teaching.Supports both 2D and 3D display, multi-monitor synchronous display, and broadcasting, clearly recording and presenting every step of the surgical operation.

Comprehensive Fluorescence Angiography Solutions

The ES-100 offers multiple fluorescence angiography techniques and display modes, assisting surgeons in observing blood flow changes in microvessels and making more accurate judgments of tumor margins. This effectively boosts surgeons' confidence and further enhances surgical efficiency and quality.

F460 Yellow Fluorescence
F460 fluorescence utilizes sodium fluorescein contrast, which clearly marks and displays tumor boundaries with yellow-green fluorescence during surgery while displaying the natural colors of normal tissue, effectively guiding surgeons to precisely carry out maximum safe resection of tumor tissues.
V400 Tumor Fluorescence
* V400 fluorescence uses 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) contrast, which clearly distinguishes tumor tissue from healthy brain tissue during surgery, providing robust support for assessing the extent of tumor resection*.
I800 Vascular Fluorescence
I800 fluorescence uses indocyanine green (ICG) contrast, allowing precise evaluation of blood/lymphatic flow and patency in microvessels and lymphatic vessels during aneurysm, cerebral revascularization bypass, arteriovenous malformation, and LVA (lymphaticovenular anastomosis) surgeries.
ICG 3D Enhanced Fluorescence
The ICG-3D enhanced fluorescence display technology overlays and fuses simultaneously captured monochrome ICG fluorescence angiography with color surgical field images in real-time. This is presented to doctors in 4K-3D high definition, eliminating the need to switch views during surgery and enabling more intuitive, uninterrupted operations.

7-Axis Robotic Arm, Effortless Smart Control

To better observe tissue structures and precisely reach deep lesions, doctors typically need to repeatedly adjust the angle of the lens during surgery and alter their working postures to align with the eyepiece. When managing complex cerebrovascular lesions or performing LVA supermicrosurgery, adjusting the lens position precisely under high-magnification fields of view becomes even more challenging. The ES-100 adopts a next-generation 7-axis flexible collaborative robotic arm, making lens control easier and smarter while protecting surgeons' occupational health with superior ergonomic design.

Point-locking orbital rotation, adjusting angles with ease
The robot intelligently controls the lens to perform "orbital" 3D tracking around the target area, allowing multi-angle observation and operation. This simplifies lens adjustments in narrow, deep cavities or surgeries requiring frequent angle changes.
1.5m ultra-long reach, more freedom in positioning
The automated robotic arm exceeds 1.5 meters in length. Combined with the 7-axis flexible posture, it achieves easier and freer positioning during surgery. While meeting the requirements of more surgical procedures, it ensures comfortable working space and posture for both the surgeon and the assistant.
Delicate control, freeing hands
The 7-axis robotic arm can move the lens position with a fine stepping increments of 1mm during surgery, making it easy to adjust the surgical field even under high magnification and obtain stable, uninterrupted surgical images.
You can finely control the lens position through multiple methods, such as handle buttons, foot switches, voice control, or touchscreens.
7-axis flexible posture, versatile positioning
The 7-axis arm breaks through the posture limitations of 6-axis arms. During surgery, the position and posture of each joint can be flexibly adjusted, enabling flexible obstacle avoidance and positioning even in narrow spaces. This ensures excellent workspace and field of view for both the operator and assistant across various demanding surgical approaches.
Position memory, one-key reset
When you need to repeatedly inspect functional brain areas or other anatomical structures of interest, there is no need to manually adjust the lens position back and forth. With a simple click, the robot intelligently controls the lens to precisely restore the surgical field of view to the identical working distance, magnification, and focal length.
