Q300 Series
Neurosurgical Miniature Robot
Targeted Puncture + Intraoperative Navigation, a One-Stop Solution

The Q300 series miniature neurosurgical robot realizes China's first integrated solution for navigation and stereotaxis. Its performance and safety have been fundamentally improved compared to similar products, carrying significant clinical value. The product successfully passed the NMPA innovative device approval and represents a new type of intelligent navigation and stereotaxis equipment.

Robotic Stereotaxis - Precise Puncture

Traditional stereotactic headframes are complex to operate, time-consuming, and labor-intensive, and wearing the frame also brings immense physical and psychological pain to awake patients. The miniature robotic stereotaxis device strictly follows the formulated surgical plan, automatically completing rapid, zero-dead-angle frameless stereotaxis, and guiding the operator to safely and precisely place minimally invasive surgical instruments such as drainage tubes, biopsy needles, and intracranial electrodes into predetermined target coordinates.

Sub-millimeter precise localization
The Q300 integrates a top-tier infrared optical localizer, a high-precision robotic arm, and advanced image registration algorithms, yielding a system localization accuracy of sub-millimeter grade (<1mm). Outstanding localization precision serves as a vital safeguard for surgical safety.
No pre-operative markers required
No pre-operative marker placement is required, and there is no need for additional pre-operative localization imaging. The Q300 utilizes surface-scanning rapid registration technology, allowing fast registration (<1 min) using the patient's existing CT and MRI images. This can save nearly 1 hour of pre-operative preparation time while reducing the overall medical expenses for patients.
Safer and less invasive
Standardized operating procedures achieve sub-millimeter localization accuracy. Utilizing the Q300 makes it easy to bypass critical intracranial neurovascular structures, making operations such as intracranial tumor biopsy, hematoma/cyst drainage, and electrode placement safer and less invasive.

Intraoperative Infrared Navigation - Precise Resection

The Q300 also supports real-time navigation during open craniotomy. In various lesion resection surgeries such as brain tumors and skull base lesions, the Q300 uses real-time tracking of the infrared optical localization system to display the spatial relationship between the surgical instrument's tip and surrounding tissues in an intuitive, real-time manner. This precisely guides maximum resection within a safe margin, effectively boosting the operator's confidence in high-risk complex surgeries. The Q300 is suitable for both minimally invasive puncture and open surgeries.

High-precision infrared tracking and localization
The industry-leading infrared optical tracking and localization system delivers top-tier localization accuracy and an extra-large navigation field of view. It is free from interference by ambient light (visible light) and electromagnetics, compatible with surgical lamps and microscopes during operation, and maintains stable, reliable navigation accuracy.
Surface scanning rapid registration
The Q300 features a convenient and fast surface-scanning registration technology. Registration can be quickly completed (<1 min) without pre-operative marker placement or additional pre-operative localization imaging. This simplifies operating procedures, lowers medical costs, and saves nearly 1 hour of pre-operative preparation time.
Comfortable positioning, lightweight movement
The imaging workstation and the optical localizer are equipped with independent mobile support systems. The position and angle of both the localizer and the display can be adjusted flexibly according to surgical needs, ensuring that both the lead surgeon and the assistant work with a comfortable field of view and posture, extensively relieving physical fatigue during operations. The dual-cart system can be merged and locked, making it easy for a single person to move.
Rich surgical accessories
The Q300 is equipped with various types of probes, surgical instrument adapters, and other surgical accessories, fully assisting in procedures such as intracranial tumor resection/biopsy, skull base surgery, hematoma/cyst drainage, balloon/electrode placement puncture, and neuroendoscope-assisted operations.
